Can a nurse be considered negligent and be reported?

I was donating blood at blood source the other week and was passing out during the donation. The nurse kept me awake and kept saying 'i was just tired'. The nurse called 911 for me and I was rushed to the hospital.

It really seemed like the nurse wasn't taking my condition seriously and readily sent me out of the donation center. Should I report to the labor board for this incident?

No negligence here. The nurse tried to assess your condition by seeing how you were. And then called 911 when he/she determined it to be a good idea.

Well, at Bloodsource, the "nurses" are really nearly always just lab technicians or student interns or "medical assistants". They aren't that professional yet usually.

The nurse was kinda acting like an ass. He kept minimizing my condition. But he did call 911 for me.

They should have done a blood count before the donation. If your blood is dangerously low on red blood cell count, they shouldn't allow you to donate. IF this wasn't done, AND you passed out BECAUSE of the low blood count, then you MIGHT have some recourse. That's a lot of "if's" and not really provable at this point. You might want to contact a lawyer that specializes in this sort of thing.
FYI- I passed out during a minute-long blood sample draw once. The nurse kept fishing around for a vein- kind of pivoting the needle at the point it pierced my skin, trying to catch a vein. They asked me how I was doing. "OK for now, but I'm going to pass out in about 5 seconds". Which I did. Next thing I know, there was an ice pack on my head. when I woke up. The MD came in a minute later and popped the sample in about 2 seconds, first shot. Bless his heart!
