What do you do when you don't want to go to work?

win the lottery but that probably won't happen.
The best thing is to do like you said, suck it up and head on to work.
I owe I owe it's off to work I go.
Even if you have a dream job there are still days that you just don't feel like going to work.
I'm retired but I still work because I choose to at places I like to be at, but even some days there I still are like crap, I have to do this.
For example I have to go through all of last years fire reports and check for errors because some of the were flagged for one reason or another.
They don't tell you which ones just that there are 3 in this month, 6 in another so you have to go through each report and try to figure out what is not correct.
It's just riveting.
Go to work anyway. If I really don't like a particular job, I look for another one. Or just quit. Jobs are easy to find, so I never made a big deal out of quitting one if I didn't like it.
If someone doesn't like work in general, that's a whole different matter. I can't imagine going through life hating work like some people do.
honestly, i am very grateful i have a job and im very aware that without a job id feel much worse. job gives me a sense of purpose, more control over my life and firm structure...
I would suggest to challenge ysf to think you actually dont have to go to job and what would you do instead and woud that actually be good for you... it helped me realize im so grateful to work and i actually want to work no matter how hard it gets, it really is my choice...
Awwww! Reminding yourself you're lucky to have a source of income and something that keeps you busy so you won't overthink about things that you can't change or control. Often we dwell on negative things when we are free. So, that's what I guess everyone should think about to make ourselves get up and go.

I remind myself that, it's more fun to earn money in my job than to have less money, and at the same time, especially nearing my 30s and 'my own personal views of leaving my partying ways behind me in my 20s' attitude merrily: what else would I do with all my spare time, and as an adult, I'm expected to work and contribute to society and to taxes, so I figure, I may as well just work. After all, everyone else works, 5 days a week, and life's a breeze 😁🙃
(continued) so I enjoy work, because I'm expected to enjoy work. And that said, it's nice to be paid for it 😋 as anyone who works
Sadly in life there are lots of things we have to do but don't want to. If you find you often don't want to go to work, consider looking for a new job
I don't go to work... lol
screw the boss
I sometimes do as you stated and sometimes take a day off when I have paid time off. Personal days or vacation days. Don't feel bad to take off if you need a day and have PTO available
What I do: I go anyway.
A work contract is a 'promise' - and I keep my promises; if I like it, or not.
When I worked for the state and had tons of sick time I used to take a mental health day. Now I just suck it up and drag myself into work.
Called in sick today got a head cold going on.
I think about my family and how much they depend on me
I don't go to work. Because I can work at my leisure. But I LOVE what I do. So I can't wait for the weekend to end and Monday to come.
I quit and find a better one that isn't such a chore. If that's not an option I would just bare it like a man.
avoid call centers and data entry bullshit.
I love my work actually my work is my hobby so i always excited for my work...
