I think they need to word it better. Sounds like a 2yo wrote that. “Non-stupid people?” Lol how about people with common sense, smart/intelligent people. I see that sign and think an idiot actually wrote that, I don’t want to work for someone like that.

I suppose it depends upon whether the person doing the hiring differentiates between "stupid" and "dumb." I am rarely stupid, in the sense of "should know better but does anyway" but I am often "dumb" in the sense that there are quite a few things of which I am ignorant.
