Should I be learning and seeing how Starbucks manage things as a employ and how they make their coffee and just work in that environment? This not what I want to do but this is an example. If someone wants have their own business like an actual shop should they work for a company that has something similar to what I want to do in the future? Even if the average pay is 8 dollars an hour? If would just be for 3 months.

Yeah. Learning on our people's money is solid.
But you won't learn much in 3 months unless you're a consultant.
Work your way up to manager. You'll get experience in the front ends off managing a shop, and get a better idea of the back end business process.
But do more than just work at a corporate chain. Go visit other shops like you want to run, talk to the owners, learn what goes on besides making coffee.
Well I can’t bc I’m home for the summer I’m in school full time graduate school
Sure, that makes sense to me.
