almost always i submit for the sake of the project even if i said a better way. they dont cooperate? i submit. if the customer gets his way he is satisfied that is VERY rare due to company policy and logistics.

Usually I will talk to the parties that were involved and let the chief know, if it happens again especially on a scene then there are disciplinary protocols in place.
