Yay. Because the working class get treated like dog shit despite them making the majority of the money. They get disposed of when they aren't seen as useful anymore. Its slavery without the chains and whips.

What if a company becomes a union and the staff aren’t getting the same pay and benefits (less) than the staff that are hired after the union has started.
