Why aren't militias advertising like a government military does?

Why is it difficult to find a recruiter? Why isn't there local recruitment offices? Why is public advertisement non-existent? Since it is the biggest part of the 2nd amendment it's a right for the people yet nobody exercises it openly like they do the 1st amendment.

I say it's the biggest part because the tail of the amendment exists to support the body of the amendment. it could've been written separately as another amendment but it's not.

They aren't necessary and the people who created the bill of rights are conspiracy theorists who have no experience with tyranny, government, freedom, abuse, and security.

That amendment doesn't make sense because it suggests militia should be given arms by the government. Neither does it clarify who regulates them or deems them disciplined.

Let's be honest, the only reason they're allowed is because the government doesn't care about a bunch of hillbillies running around a remote wood playing soldiers.

It’s clear advertising would bring in too much government attention. Not that I know anyone in a group like that.
