I would say it depends on how much you have to interact with these coworkers on a day to day basis in your job.
Work psycholgists suggest that the actual content of your job is more important for your long term job satisfaction. However, the context factors such as coworkers, bosses, salary etc. can make you very unhappy if they aren‘t right.
So in my opinion it‘s great that you like your actual job. I would try to find ways to at the same time keep looking for the same kind of job at another place while at the same time make small adjustments so that your day to day interactions become less stressful (for example if I don‘t get along with my colleague who works on Mondays, I always go out side in the park at lunchtime and try to avoid them at the office - again, depending on how much you‘re able to do that)…
