Im 26 jobless feeling hopeless and alone?

Me and my cousin started applying for a job and we haven't heard from them since last week. It seems like they dont want us but Im not sure too. Im feeling hopeless cuz I really want to have a job to support my family. Im just sad cuz Im college graduate and I can't find a job. I feel like Im useless in society and can't even help my family

It usually takes months for jobs, not just weeks.

Job hunting sucks, there's no denying that.

But it's a numbers and perseverance game. You don't try for a week and then stop forever. You keep trying.

Hell, even when you have a job it's advisable to never stop looking.

When I've been unemployed, I set a goal to apply for 5 jobs every week day. I give myself weekends off unless I'm particularly motivated or bored.

Keep a record of what you applied to, when, and who to follow up with. Then, one week after you apply, follow up to make sure your application was received.

Job hunting sucks but giving up is worse.

You're not useless if you don't give up. But if you feel useless AND give up, then it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Be patient. It takes time to find a job and definitely don’t give up!!

Dont wait to here from them call them back ask if they have looked at your application sometimes you need to make them recognize you and it also shows that you want the job and keep calling the once a week if you have to a lot of time you can land a interview just by calling

don't get down on yourself, keep applying to places maybe even places that aren't a first choice
