Not sure how anyone here is going to be able to help you. I have no idea what your exam is going to be on or what the focus is. It can't be just English grammar in general. Exams usually have a focus on what you have recently studied. I have no clue what that is. Instead of asking strangers on a Q&A site you should really be hitting the books and studying the course materials that you were given. That is going to be much better than asking people here for help.
