There are legit work from home jobs. A lot of our sales guys work from home most days. All they need is a laptop and headphones. There are a lot of tech jobs too All my kids work from home. My son might go into work 1 day a week.
I imagine there are a lot of scams out there too
There are tons of work from home jobs. But they're in a pretty specific niche usually. Usually data entry, UX design, web developer, digital marketing, blogger, virtual assistant, etc. And a lot of those are freelance jobs, so it's not necessarily consistent money. You have to hold yourself accountable and be your own boss which is not for a lot of people. Many accountants, engineers, and architects have also moved their work primarily from online.
My company executes the remote first policy. We all work from home. We have some offices here and there for those who can't or don't want to work from home.
The job is legit :D
Usually if they have an office somewhere. Like i’ve worked for offices in other states but from home. Only once was an office here
How are u finding these remote jobs

Strongly depends on the industry sector. If they want you to cold call unsuspecting citizens, no; if you are in a buildup/operating IT role, yes.
mine is... but mine is just one
there are a lot of scams online, that is for sure... and I would not trust 99% of them to be what they claim to be
Most are easily scams.
MLMs are rife for instance, the typical avon, herbalife , juice plus etc.
My wife and I both work from home and it's amazing.
Yes I had one, although I tired of it after a while and went back to the public sector
I don't know I’ve never had one before. Not my thing. I drive a scrap metal truck. I would hate to work where I live
