Yes, quit a job I started in May 2023, and left the end of August. It was a very toxic environment, and I didn’t complete my 90 day probation period. My trainer, lead assistant and supervisor were awful to me. My trainer Lilly bullied me every day at work, constantly tore me down because I am new to being a dental assistant in orthodontics and never worked with instruments or patients before. She was constantly telling me I’m not good enough to be an assistant, called me and treated me like I was stupid, called me slow and lazy and made up lies about me and told both lead assistant and supervisor the lies that obviously didn’t match my personality and I got pulled into the office. They all treated me like a failure as a trainee, to the company, and as a person. It was so bad that I had 🍣🛝 ideations, SF, and had multiple trips to the hospital 🏥. Fell in a deep depression and had full episodes of panic & anxiety attacks (i was having them every day).. Constantly in emotional distress where I was calling my boyfriend late in the night bawling or having a panic attack. Til this day I am working on getting out of this funk and not having as many episodes as usual was having before.
Also Before I left I got HR involved and the trainer got fired.

Don’t settle for less. If your worth environment treats you bad, it’s not worth your mental health.
