m +1 ySo you run a company and have the chance of hiring someone because they have kids? A large number of people that work have kids. I cannot see why you cannot hire her, there is no real difference to her being married with kids for working.
010 Reply- +1 y
@rebelinsteel Kids are fine, but she is a single mom and this a time intensive position, I'm willing to compensate, but I can't in good faith put my business at risk by hiring someone w/out the time needed to dedicate to it.
- +1 y
But if she was married she would have the same problem, being single does not change anything. Most guys leave well before kids and house gets going and are last home.
- +1 y
@rebelinsteel She would have a partner to help w/ the kids. This is not that difficult to understand.
- +1 y
But her partner would actually be at work and not able to help. If he can help, then he’s likely not working. Your business your call but sounds weird and losing the best person for the job is never a good idea.
- +1 y
@rebelinsteel That's based on the completely false theory that the husband has a full time job, has no flexibility or can't coordinate w/ his wife. Just a foolish way to make a business decision.
- +1 y
it does not matter if a person is a good fit or bad, they do not have a contract, you just say you do not have the job, you do not need to give a reason to any potential employee. It’s that simple.
- +1 y
@rebelinsteel The question does not ask about giving any type of reason.
- +1 y
You literally say ‘ What is the best way to reject her?’ it’s a question, therefore you are asking for a reason to reject her, do you really run your own business? Anyhow will leave you to your business assuming you actually have one.
- +1 y
@rebelinsteel I see your confusion. I already have a reason, I'm seeking a way.
- +1 y
@rebelinsteel. She will forever be calling off, or leaving early, coming in late, due to issues with her kids. Hard pass.

Cheating is relevant fuck that. It’s respect and germs too. A divorce woman is not a liability if he cheated he gets what his hand calls for. A single mom is trash she sleeps with anyone without a commitment she lack common sense and decorum. Sounds like your wife divorced you lol
- +1 y
- +1 y
Both cheat but we are referring to her divorce which you failed to reveal why she even divorced. You stated she should turn the other cheek if he’s cheating because he’s providing for her? Is he providing for her? Was he working? He could have been a jobless cheater. she would be an idiot to share a man divorce is her only option. If you want to have a variety of women, that has nothing to do with your topic. Just hire a man I think that fits your criteria of perfect qualifications~
- +1 y
@Jkgordon Which is odd considering you jumped to an unfounded conclusion that she was cheated on. I said nothing about her turning the other cheek, I said in general I'd women are provided for cheating from a man isn't thar big of a deal. You've created a completely fictional scenario and are now pretending to act as if it's relevant. It's all irrelevant now anyway as I hired someone, went for a younger woman w/ no kids. Every guy wants a variety of women however only a few like me can actually get them.

+1 yAre you keeping that same energy with single dads?
122 Reply- +1 y
@jumpintoadstool I haven't had any single dads apply for thr job so not sure. Children of single dads statistically do better than single moms.
- +1 y
Could that have something to do with the fact that mothers tend to stay in the picture when dad gets custody? What does that have to do with their suitability for the position?
- +1 y
@jumpintoadstool No, I think men typically make more rational decisions and over time these decisions help develop strong character. I can see scenarios where single moms give into their delusions then providing that perspective to their children. To your question though I may not hire a single dad, but I would think about it more as it's much more difficult for men to get an opportunity in today's society.
- +1 y
So you're a misigynist.
- +1 y
@jumpintoadstool No, why would you think that?
- +1 y
Because you assume the content of someones character and ability to perform on the basis of their gender. In the scenario I presented with a single dad and a single mom, you admitted a bias against single mothers while awarding the benefit of the doubt to fathers. You attribute this to the unsubstantiated argument that men are somehow more rational than women.
- +1 y
@jumpintoadstool Ironic point. You're accusing someone of making an out of context conclusion while make one of your own. I never admitted any bias simply provided an honest answer to your question which you irrationally created your own conclusion with, ironically substantiating my statenent that men are more rational than women.
- +1 y
You: "I think men typically make more rational decisions"
"single moms give into their delusions then providing that perspective to their children."
Also you: I don't have a bias, I'm just honest! You're being irrational!
Lol... sure, Jan.
- +1 y
@jumpintoadstool The fact that you removed the word "typically" proves my point. The fact that you removed "I can see a scenario" only validates my statement. You're attempting to pick and choose only part of the statement and then pretend it's mine. This is Irrational. A rational person reads the entire statement so that they can have a full understanding. You inherently realize that doing that disproves your point so you elect to take it out. This can be seen as the congruent decision making of a single mom, wher she makes the claim that the father has done something wrong while simultaneously choosing to obmitt her mistakes. TY for sharing this.
- +1 y
Using excerpts from your long comment isn't irrational, and I've seen your page. Nearly every post you comment on is in relation to how you don't like women.
- +1 y
"I don't think the author will be alone he is so far from his prime while you're well past yours." This was your response to a woman around the same age as the OP who merely said she felt similarly as he did about women and was fine with being alone. This is just one of many examples of you proving my point.
- +1 y
by the way, i disnt remove the word typically when I quoted you. That's you being irrational. 😉
- +1 y
@jumpintoadstool It's extremely Irrational. Shows that you have an inability to deal w/ information that you disagree w/
- +1 y
Funny. I was going to say the same about you.
- +1 y
@jumpintoadstool Yes, the age was 32, well over the hill for a woman but far from a man's prime. Women are valued for their youth and beauty while men are valued for their status and resources. Universally men ages 18- 60 choose 18-24 as the prime age for women while a man's peak earning is between ages 42-45. So you only proved my point as you jumped to an emotionally charged erratic decision simply because information made you feel bad. This is probably why the US doesn't elect someone like Hillary Clinton for president while they had no problem electing her husband to two terms. Again TY for sharing this.
- +1 y
The fact that you actually believe saying women are only valued for their beauty and think that is a perfectly valid thing to say is disturbing. Maybe that's how YOU think. The rest of us know better. Thank you for proving my point for me 😆
- +1 y
As for a mans prime: i beg to differ. Your logic only applies to a specific niche of women who only date for resources. Most don't. As for me, I'm glad I'm with someone my own age. Mens sex drive slows down as they age. I'll pass on the older men 🤢
- +1 y
@jumpintoadstool Lol, I'm just stating a fact backed up by historical evidence. Not sure who "the rest is" as majority of adults agree which is why the world operates as it does.
- +1 y
@jumpintoadstool You're making the standard mistake most women do of believing your anecdotal evidence is relevant to general standards. Overwhelming majority of women value men for their resources which is why you've never seen a wealthy man w/out a stable of women. How would you even know about a older man's sex drive if you don't have sex w/ them? This is another example of an emotional charged, Irrational statement. Which as I said is a standard trait of women, which I know because I've been able to attract countless numbers of them.
- +1 y
Projection. 👌
- +1 y
@jumpintoadstool Not exactly. You're not projecting you simply being Irrational which as I said was a standard trait for most women.
- +1 y
You are projecting. It was obvious I was referring to you. I can't say I'm surprised you weren't smart enough to pick up on it, though.

@staximus She's not going to have the time to dedicate to do be effective for my company.
- +1 y
@staximus Then I don't need her and I will find other employees that will, it's not that complicated. Why would I risk my business for someone else's problems?
- +1 y
@staximus There are no "normal" hours for this position. It's my company and I know what I want from the employee I choose to give this opportunity to. I much rather hire someone that will have the time needed to be of value to my company and that's the bottom line. There's no debate about it, a single mother w/ three kids simply can't add the value I need and isn't worth the compensation I would be providing. This is actually pretty standard.
Company? As in friendship. Or company as in business!
