Why are some people so good at achieving things in their time?

I had a professor in university who spoke 15 languages. He was either White or South American in my guess based on his skin tone. And his Chinese accent was almost as good as mine because he specialized in Asian religions so needed to learn Asian languages. I mean I don't even have time to learn one language and he became fluent in at least 15. How did he do it? I know another guy that said he was taking over 10 classes while working 2 jobs, running a celebrity religious counsel business, and having a family with kids and a big social life. How did he do it? He had over 10,000 followers on Facebook cause he is famous in the Muslim community as a Muslim Imam.

Just good time management. Allocate a fixed amount of time to different things and stick to it, don't have dead time where you're not using it productively and that includes quality time with friends and family.
