I'm ok to strong, at most.
But I have weaknesses I wish I didn't. And lack of knowledge in some areas I wish I could be better at now, but I'm in the process of improving.
I want to keep building my skillsets because I enjoy what I do, have solid earning potential, and there's a good chance of me being able to start my own consulting firm one day.
There are parts of my job I excel at and there's parts of my job I can do better at and only way I can get better is with more experience.
Will probably always be situations in my job - where I could've done better, or at least differently resulting in a more positive outcome.
I'm great relative to my experience level. There are people who have been doing my job for much longer who are definitely better, but I think I'm well above average for someone with less than two years experience.
If anything, option B. I've only been in my current position for about eight months, but I am getting the work done at least.

I think I’m good at my job but still need tons more experience to be great at it.
Being good at what I do is how I got my last job.
Yep, don’t make captain in 3 years if you aren’t
I purposely hold back my talents. I denounced my supervisory role/s because.. Well you don't get to know.
I am, but that is not always a perk.

yep one of the best!
Yes, and it is a curse sometimes.
That's the reason for performance. Excell.
