On your co workers’ last day at work, do you say anything to them like wish them well or just do nothing?

we always try to prepare the proper farewell party in the office or online... and if I worked with this person I always try to have a short conversation... definitely wishing them well, sometimes sharing private phone number... depends on the person

If you didn't know them well enough, a simple "take care" would do, but if it's someone you actively disliked, there's no need to say anything.

If I didn’t like them I would probably say nothing… I f we got along then I would wish them well and if it was a female co-worker and pretty then I might ask her out too…. I don’t date co-workers.

I don't really have co-workers as such but I do have associates that I supervise. None of them ever get fired and except for illness none of them ever leave really.
