Aw man, I can understand feeling embarrassed about not having your license yet. But honestly, don't be too hard on yourself. 32 isn't that old - you've still got plenty of time! And I'm sure lots of people end up taking way longer to finish their license for all kinds of reasons.

The most important thing is that you're working on it now. Definitely don't feel ashamed. Life throws all sorts of stuff our way, and sometimes things just take longer than planned - that's totally normal. As for what other people think, screw 'em! Who cares what some judgmental stranger assumes. People are way too quick to judge anyway.

I'd say just focus on you and do it at your own pace. Maybe see if there's someone who can do some practice driving with you or give you a few lessons to help boost your confidence. Once you get your license, you'll be so proud of yourself! Don't stress so much about what others might say. You've got this - you'll get it done in your own time. Chin up!
