I've never even worked in a place that had an employee of the month or year. Everywhere I've ever worked, you just get promoted to a high position of responsibility, get a raise, or some sort of bonus when you do a good job on a regular basis.

Yes , once out of about 1,000 people. I won a special tie which I still have to this day. It was a very long time ago though because I have been self employed for years!
