Who else does not like taking orders from people who are younger than them?

I realize the older you get the more pressure there is to advance in order to make sure that doesn’t happen, but I absolutely hate if somebody is in charge who I think I’m more qualified than and have more experience than them. If I feel like I’ve got something to learn from you It’s all good, but, otherwise screw that.

Why would I have a problem with someone younger, even much younger than me ordering me around and telling me what to do? If it's a woman, all the better, but I've been bossed around by young guys, too, and I'm fine with that, especially if his girlfriend is there when he's doing it.

If they know more than me it's fine. If they know less it is annoying.

You just accept that at a point you will have a younger boss at some level of the food chain.
it may even be a younger girl in charge.

Hopefully not many, since I own my company and only two of my 15 full time employees are younger than I am.
