My coworker who is day shift is complaining that day shift has more workload than night shift. I work as admin assistant in hospital and she said more workload for day shift because more people asking status of patients to her than night shift and is pissing me off because night shift employees get sick more often and is prone to diseases than day shift I know night shift is less overwhelming because less people are going to hospital to ask the status of patients at night but still it depends there are some days I encountered where I think there are always asking the status of patients though out my night shift so I think it depends. I really dont know why my coworker said that

I mean… in my experience during day shift there usually is a lot more to do. Of course there are still things in night shift but the patients are usually less and a lot of them are sleeping.
Night shift is usually pretty chill. I liked day shift because the day just flew by and I was always on the go.
Nurses, techs, and providers usually watch movies or tv shows during their night shifts. At least that’s what I’ve seen in MSU, ICU, ED, and Behavioral health.
That’s her opinion on how she feels, so you can’t really say she’s “right” or “wrong”. Some people prefer day shift, some people prefer night shift.
Lmao I live in third world country and work at public hospital " free hospital" so most people go in here to be admitted so that they won't pay in private hospital so meaning many people are still admitted day or night. Lololol
So more people are admitted since its free hospital that means more people will still ask status day or night regardless of time. Lol
I think day shift has way more advantages.
Why?
Dating for example.
