Earlier i would have said yes but only because I was starved both financially and literally.
Now I say no, not really. Jobs and employments are terrible. So much competition and not enough work for everyone. The pay doesn't cover the cost of living (i'm not "blaming" the business owners but the matrix). No one wants to hire anymore.
There may be a way to get paid by clicking buttons 2 times and putting up a money deposit - Buy/Long and Sell/Short. Either button first and later the other button.
I guess I already do that.
I work odd hours.
We aren't supposed to work more than 48 straight hours without 24 off.
Lately I've been doing some 96 hours plus my side job.
It's not the most fun I've ever had, but 56 hours of ot a week helps out, or comp time if I can ever use that.
A year ago I would say YES, but now I would definitely say NO. There is no point in having money if you don't have the time to use IT. Moreover, rest is necessary for our physical and mental health. I discovered that we really need IT, even more than money, just to keep balance. You cannot do that without a break from work.
It’s not worth it. The burn out with trying to climb the professional ladder is done. At the end of the day work to survive but live your fucking life. None of this is worth it. You can’t die with it so therefore be free and happy

I'm in that weird money zone where I have enough money for casual things like music, games, drinking, etc... but I'll never have enough money to buy a house, for instance. I could save my whole life and I'd never even be close to enough. The amount of money I'd get for sacrificing my free time would not close that gap. I'd just have less of my life to actually derive any sort of satisfaction from. It wouldn't be worth it in the slightest.
How much money we talking here? Because if you asked me this 10 to 15 years. Ago I would have said yes. But I'm a lot better off financially now than then. So it would take an exorbitant amount now. Because my time means more to me than money now.
I realize I'm saying this as I type on a site that is a time drain.😆
No way. As much as I love what I do, quality of life is way too important.
As long as I have enough money for stability, that's all I care about. I can make more money off the stock market if I need it.
So you're saying the time off I have to enjoy being off, I would sacrifice to still be making money?
Yeah, like if you worked 5 days a week year round, and got paid $300 a day, would you consider working 6 days a week if it meant you would get paid time and a half for the 6th day, or if meant you would get a raise in general, for working the 6th day? So like $300 a day to $400 a day? Sorry I phrased the question weird lol
If I have goals to pay off my car and such yes I would but then I also value my days off a lot plus I'm older now so I save money so that I can enjoy days off and not stress about my bills. I'm at the same rate too. It depends on you, if you have the energy and can and want to. Otherwise you can also save money working 5 days a week. Too much work isn't good it just depends what you prefer and what goals you have
WE ALL DO ALREADY. This is something of a basic postulate in Economics 101.
Not worth it, what do u need all that money for when you’re old. Enjoy your youth instead of working
yes, nobody ever died saying they wish they spend more time working.
When I worked (disabled now) I almost always worked whatever extra hours or days I could.
I do 70 hour weeks, I'll do anything legal and reasonably ethical for more money
There are times you just have to.
Money isn't everything. Balance is.
No, i wouldn't
Sometimes
No I will be fine.
