Is there a good site out there that lets you get a degree that doesn’t charge you till you get the degree?

I had a few friends who went to school for free cause they had scholarships. In Canada, I believe you get one if you have an A average, which might include the A- range too. I remember going to Starbucks and some friends of people who worked there hosted a guitar concert there for donations to pay for school. It's a good way to make a couple hundred in half a day. A guy had a movable instrument that functioned like a piano and when he worked at the coffee shop, would volunteer to play free music at the cafe every Saturday that he created himself. I googled some musicians I went to school with and they make $300 a day as a professional instrument players at weddings or graduation parties. A guy I went to school with earned enough money teaching guitar while going to school full time to buy a car before he even finished his degree.

That would be a hard business model to make a profit on. Go to this school for all but one class, transfer to another school, pay nothing to the first and little to the second. There's no way to repossess knowledge.
