What would be the best work shift?

If you were starting a new job with only three shift options 7am-3pm ,3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am which one of these shifts would you choose and why?

7am-3pm. Gives me the rest of the afternoon/evening to do whatever, and it wouldn’t interrupt my babies sleep at night.

See I was thinking that too but I’m not personally a morning person and having to get up at about 5:30am to shower get ready call and Uber just to get to my job on time knowing I tend to sleep late is just joy for me but given the context you had I see why you went with your opinion
