When a recruiter says this “I have included a few introductory questions to better gage your background and candidacy, please review these questions and provide follow up for continuation of consideration” does he want me to answer those questions in the email then send it to him or provide my availability?

1) Read over the list of initial questions they included about your background and qualifications. These will help them get to know you as a candidate.

2) Then directly answer each question in your reply email back to the recruiter. Take some time to thoughtfully answer each question in a couple sentences or short paragraph.

3) Once you've responded to all the intro questions, end your email by thanking them for their consideration and expressing your continued interest and availability for any next steps. Something like "Thank you so much for the opportunity to provide some initial information. Please let me know how I can further assist as you review candidates. I'm excited about this role and available at your convenience."
