I didn't really want to tell it but my coworker asked when is my birthday I told her its November 28th and I have a work on 28th lol and I hope she didn't tell my other coworkers cuz I dont want them to know my birthday..

As for me I like to keep people guessing especially people I work with or work for & as for me I like to keep my home life & work life separate & I don’t like mixing the two.

As for my coworkers still don’t know it & I don’t let it be known.

Yes my department did a round robin with birthdays where when it was your birthday you brought in bagels or fruit platter or cake or something. The original system where you would bring in for the person whose birthday was after yours never worked because you would forget that but you would never forget your own birthday so in effect, when it was your birthday you ended up treating the entire department! Got to say it was a much better system!

Yeah it's not like it's a big deal or anything, it's just another day but we do normally bring in things on our bdays as a nice little treat and various coworkers who are more friendly with each other get things.

I never volunteer it but if someone asks I'll tell them. If you don't want your other coworkers to know just ask the person you told not to share it. :)

In my company i have to submit my Dob proof and on every birthday i would get an email wishing me which tags my lead and manager. 😅
