As part of Drivers Ed, should people (especially black people), go through law engagement training?

Training can be provided many ways, with professionals and those skilled to educate drivers and the public on their legal rights.

A) they know their rights and responsibilities to handle conflict with law enforcement. Training ensures they can respond in the best way, legally.

B) avoid social risks

By training people, we can have better sense of safety for both officers and the public.

I mention this specifically for "black" people because of the probability they are more at fear when dealing with police due to recent history.

As new administration comes in, promotes "law and order".. which means enforcement... probability of conflict and unfortunate outcomes... increasse. It only takes one incident to promote social chaos for the rest of us.

Sir, your taillight is out... and this old car is blowing smoke. Im gonna take a field sobriety test, ok?
