How does someone apply at this restaurant when it seems to have no options to apply at?

this has been perplexed , there is this restaurant here that is always really busy during the summer and always has pretty girls working at it. never had a male server ever in all the times i've been there.

yet there seems to be no way at all to apply to work there , it doesn't post jobs on legitimate job search sites or help wanted boards at government employment office , it doesn't have a website application , it doesn't even use facebook anymore , is nothing on its instagram about applying to work there and it never posts help wanted ads in the window or on door as you walk in.

yet it obviously needs new staff for the upcoming summer season , every restaurant does cause staff always comes and goes in that business. like how is it finding staff?

busy summer season about to start , still been no hiring or help wanted ads, only 2 new servers who are friends with a server who works there already. not even clear who from last summer is even back this year a lot of girls i haven't seen there in a long time. seems like an epic fail is about to go down , heading into long weekend and not even 1 post on social media about it , like what? and claiming they cannot get twisted tea anymore , seriously bizarre to say the least

Get an understanding of when the slow hours are. Sometimes it’s 2-3, sometimes 5-6, but honestly this depends on the restaurant too. Create a resume, come in during slow hours and ask for the manager. If it’s not possible then leave your resume with the person you’re talking to and give them a brief intro of why you’re leaving your resume and that hopefully she can pass it on to her higher up. After that maybe come in the following week and ask if they’ve been able to look at the resume..

how does it find staff? every other summer time business here is engaged in hiring processes looking for the staff they will need for the summer season but not this place it claims to need none yet a lot of the girls who worked there last summer have moved on

i've talked to a couple of them , 1 has a new job at an insurance office , 1 has a new job somewhere else but not sure where , another is taking dental hygenist at college and one of the hosts is working at a retail store , so 4 staff members gone and no one to replace them?

i know they get some resumes from random people who walk in and drop one off , just saying other potential employees might not do that though and NOT be aware there looking so aren't dropping off a resume inperson

but usually they aren't interested in hiring these people , i've seen random girls drop off resumes before and they never got hired and never saw them there again, so not sure thats really how he's finding staff
