How to cope with knowing you wasted your 20's while you see the younger succeed?

Im soon turning 27 and i feel like a big fail in life..
Not hating on my self but its true. I only enjoyed till primary school, the rest is spending energy living with social anxiety until i got no energy left to study..
I really wanted to be a good student and succeed and i had dreams even if i dont remember them now, i can say i was sort of a dreamer.

I also somewhat got bullied and that took all my self-esteem.
I went to industrial school because i heard it has less students and easier subjects, not because i wanted an easier route to engineering or whatever but just it felt easier on my anxiety thats all.
Then i went to college as a computer engineer and i finished it with no friends or whatever and i also didn't learn anything.. again due to being scared and how to spend lunch break with my self mostly.. i forgot about learning and leveling myself
so i can say i have zero experience..
And no friends.. and got nothing to do..
At 27..
I see students 18 19 years going to college and medical field and etc..
I just wished i was like that..
Especially a girl i like i see her pass and went to study medicine and really disciplined and motivated with her life..

Now its been about 3 years as a cashier in a supermarket..
Really miserable and the circle at work is just.. not my type with no degree and no hobbies and nothing to achieve other than talking about woman and f@king them
and i feel im better than them, i want a life.. but i dont know how..

I wasted the best decade of life.. i know there are people worse than me and older.. but.. I don't know
