I tried using the updated A. I. caveat in the current version of Microsoft word and I find their data adds too many corrective clauses to the normal English language, as well as not registering typical nuanced expectations and procedures in regular human speech, if it is not a majority or dominant form of verbal communication or sentence structure construction. This eliminates legitimate and sometimes necessary stylistic freedoms in your writing that personalize and accessorize your emotional expression when you manufacture a document and turns the whole experience into a binary set of permissible and rejected commands.
When you prematurely edit or scrutinize a document for a student before they have adapted into consistent and fluid methods of verbal communication, you kill their creative and verbal initiative impulse and destroy their ability to creatively and authentically build beautiful and attractive sentences and nuanced sensitivities in writing.
I think this explains the rapid decline of communication skills among our younger generation, they are edited and scrutinized to death, without first teaching them how to construct and build sentence structure and personal voice in their words. Even I have difficulty managing corrective English editing software and I have been writing since grade two.
