Why doesn’t McDonald’s ever enforce sexual harassment like they say that they will do?

They sure as hell will if you go higher up on the chain. For sure they will. For one simple reason. They do not want to be legally liable for not enforcing sexual harassment (laws and also their own corporate policy).

You should write an e-mail, to your area manager, or owner operator or whoever is going to shit-their-pants at the thought of a lawsuit.

I promise you... a company like McDonalds will enforce it. If they aren't doing so... keep going up the chain (and be sure to mention that you tried to bring this to the attention of your managers. but they did nothing)

If you are being sexually harassed. Please don't think McDonald's won't do what they claim when it comes to sexual harassment. When you reach the right person... they will take this situation even more seriously than you do. Please keep complaining up the chain. You will get results.
