I heard U of T accepts all people into school the first year, but flunk you out during second year. Apparently 50% flunk out. It depends on your major, since 80% of first year math majors will flunk their first math class. A guy told me a C+ in computer science was considered a very high grade. I know a B-grade computer student who got the highest grade in his class.

It's just not the University of Toronto that has a flat high flunk out rate. Lot of universities have them. University are for profit. The instructor in classes our GTAs andcan not speak English if thats the language is spoken by majority of the students.
