What do you think of this eye opening speech by Napoleon Hill? Are we all just being conditioned and indoctrinated to serve as slaves our whole lives?

In the sense that we’re being told to work hard to get ahead.

To listen, to obey, to pay our taxes, to not question anything, to not think for ourselves, to trust the “experts”, to spend all our lives working hard and dependent on the paycheck of somebody else, all for the promise of an eventual reward of freedom later (retirement), etc.

We’re not actually being taught to think independently or pursue our own wealth or build our own futures, we’re being conditioned to work for other people.

But to the guy’s point “from the first day you stepped into a school, they were not preparing you to own your life, they were preparing you to serve someone else’s”

Isn’t it shocking just the extent to which we’ve been indoctrinated our whole lives?
