How do retirees spend their day? ?

Working at menial jobs to pass the time in retirement is the stupidest thing anyone could do. That would be the time to take up a passion you've always had but couldn't do because you were too busy making a living. And then to go into food service with all your free time just because you need something to do? When you could write a novel, paint a masterpiece, learn a musical instrument, study medicine, learn to ballroom dance, go on the PGA senior circuit, so many interesting and satisfying things.

Guy I knew in the restaurant did that but he'd been a millionaire for decades and had got bored of the golf, first name terms at the best hotels in London and learned the basics of guitar from Jimi Hendrix before he passed

They work menial jobs for fun. I’ve worked in food service a long while and there’s always at least 2 retirees working with me

They exist and think about they're still in existence 👻 🌌 until bedtime - then repeat the next day

Reading, sleeping, watching TV, yard and garden work, fiddling with old cars.
