Would my moms friend have to move out if I move out?

My moms friend moved in with me in my house 7 months ago. She rents a room for $300 a month. She has mobility issues, and I've been helping her, and its proving to be too much for me. I was going to move into my moms house, and rent my house out to someone else. The whole house, not just a room. If my moms friend can't take care of herself, I was gonna suggest a nursing home. If she doesn't wanna do that then I don't know. I don't really want her to live in the house, because I don't want to be responsible for her.

If it's becoming too much and it is your house you are allowed to rent it to someone else. As much as it is sad that she is older and needs help and if a nursing home is an option then you are allowed to

Yes. As the owner of the house, you can decide who lives there. You are responsible for ensuring she has a safe place to live, but you can end her tenancy by selling the house or giving it away.
