What should I tell the woman im working with at the unemployment office?

So a couple if weeks ago I started doing a program called the step program with a woman at the unemployment office. Its essentially just to help me get a job. So im supposed to be applying to 4 jobs a week to stay in the program. Well I got a job, and have been working for a week. I've been so busy working, I completely forgot about this program I am in, so I havnt been applying for jobs. I honestly dont see a point if i already have a job. I have a meeting with her on the third. Its been two weeks since I've seen her, so I think im supposed to have applied for 8 jobs, and I haven't.

Well, if you found a job through the program then she probably knows you found work. You could reach out and let her know if you want but this isn’t like a mandatory program, it’s assistance, so she likely won’t reach out if you don’t.
