this is outside their regular work. they watch it before they leave, at lunch and is glued to it when they get home! we just ignore them and do whatever we do. this is every day the same thing when anyone says something were the "bad guys" for saying something

It is "a lot" of screen time. Take hourly breaks, if only to stretch a bit, focus your eyes on distant objects, and grab a drink of water. Get a decent, supportive chair, and a foot rest of you need it. If this much screen time is required for your job, hopefully management realizes the need for periodic breaks. (shameless plug to follow) Good massage periodically can help.

I don’t know. For me, a day is 24 hours. If some people somehow have 48 hours in a day, then maybe 14 hours of phone screen time is normal.

Depends on what you are doing. If a lot of that is work or school, then that is a lot, but it is also necessary.

the amount of time they spend online has nothing to do for work this is totally outside of work they work in the construction field NOT online or at a office!

- At least 30–45 minutes of movement daily
