i’m always gonna keep my phone on me on silent. My high school has no right to tell me I can’t keep it on me.

They will be difficult to enforce. There are little phone bags that kids re supposed to lock their phones in when they come to school in the morning and there is a device that will unlock them t the end of the school day,. Kids will go online to find out how to hack these cases and get the phone out.
