Either they want a degree, years of experience, or a driver's license
I don't have a degree because I dropped out because I was sick
I don't have years of experience because I did stay at one job but now im too sick to do that job
And I don't have my driver's license because I have anxiety being behind the wheel
I had a disability assessment and they said I can do light work 10lbs occasionally 25lbs typing but added breaks. Walking but not too many stairs

They use criteria like that to screen out the riff-raff from the people who are more likely to show up and do a good job and not complain and cause trouble all the time.

If you have all those issues but happen to be a very good employee, then you'll have to make up the difference in what they're asking for by using a personal connection to recommend you for the job. If someone I trusted came to me and said there's this girl and she's not great on paper but you can count on her to have a good attitude and do the job well, then I would hire her just based on that, I wouldn't care about a degree or a license or anything else.

Is there anything else you can think of that can be disabling like depression anxiety? Im on disability for schizoaffective ptsd anxiety depression headaches and severe flat foot. I literally used everything I could to get on disability. Make sure you're going to the doctors for your issues as they want to see proof youve tried getting help.

Oh no I wasn't counting anxiety as a disability It is tho but like physically those are my restrictions because I have neuropathy problems, so I can't do much physically
