Living in nyc, I notice that vast majority of nurses tend to be white or Asian. Black nurses tend to work in places like long term care aka nursing homes or home care.

Isn't UNTREATED mental illness the greater risk in these occupations? Why should these people forgo health care out of dread terror of being fired? IMHO it's not right. Time for change!
