Neither was hard for me. I would pick up my books between classes and do my math homework before the instructor was ready to start class. Calculus was a game changer for me. Blew me away. I had a college instructor who was teaching that and he filled two blackboards with instruction, then stepped back and said no, that is not right, erased it all, and started over. But it was in that class that I finally understood it.
I found algebra and geometry to be pretty easy. Calculus, especially differentiation, was hard for me. Despite that, I still had a long career as an engineer.
The challenge between Algebra and Geometry often depends on learning styles. Algebra typically requires abstract thinking and working with equations, while Geometry focuses on spatial reasoning and visualizing shapes. Personally, I found Geometry more challenging initially because it required a different way of thinking, visualizing concepts rather than just manipulating numbers. However, once I adapted to the visual approach, I appreciated its logical structure. Both subjects have unique challenges and strengths; it’s key to identify your learning preference to excel.

I was a math whiz back in the day, so both were fairly easy for me. However I saw more students struggle with geometry compared to algebra.
Well algebra is more complex and detailed so harder. People with high iq' potential, have easier with shapes and shape rules, in geometry. but most people are around 100 iq' so geometry is harder for them with those shapes.
I find both equally ''easy''. Although my teachers had been of the most boring typical kind :)
My own struggle begins with spherical trigonometry and derivative math.
Neither. Both are pretty simple. Easy rules and formulae to remember. And both are useful in everyday life.
My graphics card is much better att geometry then I am.
I had more trouble with algebra than with Geometry.
I taught my kids integral calculus when they were 13/14.
Both can be quite difficult, maybe Algebra is a bit harder.
But Trigonometry is the hardest.
Never really tried HS geometry because I never made it through algebra. I quit HS because of it
