Yes you read correctly. I wish I was joking but sadly I'm not. 🙄

See it Was laundry day. Since I lost my washing machine in a recent flood things had piled up and I was literally down to the bare minimum. All left was One long summer and nothing else. I didn't stress it thinking I'm fine I don't have to go to work today. Oops big mistake turns out I was looking at the wrong week schedule. Luckily I did discover this. But it was quite late in the day. 😳 I flew off the couch gathered all the laundry ran to the laundromat. By the time I was done with everything I had 10 minutes to get to work I still had to figure out dinner for the family and run back to the house to get my work shoes. I snagged the shoes dug my freshly washed work shirt out of the clean laundry toss it on over my dress. Now 5 mins left. Order takeout over Bluetooth for the family. Get to work run to the clock punch in. 😌 Phew made it with 2 mins left of the grace period. Moments later a customer walks by me munching on something. My tummy rumbles. 🤨 DAMN I left my protein bar at the house! I shrug it off 🤷 and go to tuck my phone into my bra... 😳 NO BRA! As the next thought comes to me I slowly look down 👇... and ya OOPS 😬 that's not all that's missing... 🤯😱😳

What crazy oops moments have you had happen before or during work?

She's a confident happy outgoing child perhaps I should be more worried about the teachers surviving her 😂

My job just sent me an email stating that I've been suspended from work and cannot return unless I write a letter explaining the reasons for the mistakes I've made with the job. Then they will decide if I can come back or not. If I don't respond at all, I'll be terminated.

I just started the job 2 months ago and honestly don't even like it very much. I feel like I would be happier not working there.

So should I even try to get the job back or is it better to just accept being fired and go on unemployment? I think I would make a similar amount of money either way.

At work, I always get left to do everything. I work in a nursery and I seem to be the only one who does real work. Everyone else is constantly leaving me with all the kids so they can smoke, or check their phone, or have a private chat. I get so stressed and angry over it because it’s not fair. I’m going to talk to my manager but should I do it now or wait until after my probation period? It ends in a month.

Personally I believe I'm equality of opportunity because you can't count on everyone working as hard as you to be given the same outcome. I was raised that you get what you work for.

I mean even when you raise your kids they won't have the same outcome in life because of the different choices they will make. One might choose a career that will eventually make them very wealthy and the other might choose another career that makes them happy but won't lead to riches.

Not everyone has the same start in life either. But the opportunity is always there to change your outcome depending on the choices you make and maybe a bit of luck. Also you can be more proud of yourself if you started on the bottom and worked your way to the top.
