Personally I would have some Satoshi Kon films on the list. Thinking Perfect Blue and Paprika, in particular. Both have heavily influenced western films like Black Swan and Inception.

how is anime underrated when so many people love them? if anything, theyre overrated.

you see so many craze about anime. there's even a site for anime called myanimelist. How r they underrated?
Because Asians contribute most of them. And Asians are also near 60% of the worlds total population. You don't see Japanese anime movies grossing anything nearly as a western animated film.
My number one is One Piece: Strong World.

It could've been longer. They could've made an whole arc about it and I would've watched. But the movies on this list are standalone, they aren't tied in with their anime counterparts.
Oda was going to make it an arc in the manga. Strong world is actually a canon movie. Oda said it takes place between thriller bark and before they get separated. He even wrote a short prequel chapter in the manga and called it strong world. It explains how Shiki got where he is in the movie. I'm guessing you don't ship LuffyxNami, right?

There's just no canon proof and Oda has given MANY subtle hints of LuffyxNami to be canon. But look, can we just agree that One Piece is awesome? I really don't wanna go arguing this again like I have with other people.
