He truly is a comedic genius, the quote above really simplifies my attitude to life, in that tomorrow's a new day, and that gift needs to be grabbed with both hands and held so tightly.

I found out who he was back in 2011 when I did the P90X for the first time. they have an leg exercise named after him "Groucho Walk." Tony Horton makes a lot of reference to him during the exercise.

Yeah he actually has been quoted in connection with John Lennon, and a book was written that discusses the similarities between their life philosophies, maybe Lennon was a fan, I think the man was an honest soul.

Not your flavour, he once had a celebrity tennis match with Charlie Chaplin and some others, came onto the court with twelve rackets and a large suitcase.

He played a few games then sat down on the court and unpacked a small picnic, and started eating. It's whackiness like that I really like. Plus the historical significance, iconic character, all the fancy dress disguises with the glasses big nose and mostache are modelled on his character. He is kind of like the nineteen thirties Jim Carrey.

You probably have not see him outside of the few movies the Marx Brothers did. But he had a game show. And that material is the funniest stuff I have ever seen. Groucho was quicker than David Letterman or any talk show host we had today.
