He's saying that his ex is trying to rival/compete against his current girlfriend... it's as if they are rivals except they're not at all the same... the former could never compare to the girl he has no found... that his ex needs to quit thinking he'd ever come back... to stop looking for him. So really a lot better than a lot of substance in songs out there. Look up reggaeton (it's a genre), I think you'd like it. :D
