Personally I love him, I think Dumb and Dumber is the greatest comedy film in history (serious)

Beliefs
Carrey believes the MMR vaccine causes autism, which is contrary to scientific consensus. In 2009, he wrote an article questioning the merits of vaccination and vaccine research for The Huffington Post.[84] With former partner Jenny McCarthy, Carrey led a "Green Our Vaccines" march in Washington, D. C., to advocate for the removal of toxic substances from children's vaccines, out of a belief that children had received "too many vaccines, too soon, many of which are toxic."[85] The rally was criticized by David Gorski, an American surgical oncologist on Science-Based Medicine blog for being anti-vaccine, not “pro-safe vaccine”[86] and by Steven Parker on WebMD website for being "irresponsible"

He can get lost in the jungle or kidnapped by ISIS, for all I care. I won't miss him.
Oh you mean the two time golden globe winner Jim Carrey
Love the guy!
I'm not a fan of his type of comedy. He's good at what he does but that's just not something I'm interested in.
I think he's an interesting person, and I watched the documentary about him playing Andy Kaufman which kinda just reaffirmed that he has to be a little nutty. But I guess that's what makes people like him.
I used to hate him because he play idiotic roles but after I watched the Truman show, the spotless mind of enternal sunshine and etc, I found he is amazing actor and it takes talent to play even those idiotic plays
Jim Carrey also has amazing motivational speeches
Ty for mho! ^^ 🍰
well earned
yes, i like him. I haven't seen him in a movie for ages, but i find him hilarious. I like most of his movies

He’s hilarious, so yes I respect him.
He's okay. I've heard he's a nice person.
I do not like any humor which gets labelled "zany" or "madcap." Jerry Lewis is the founding father of this brand of humor and Robin Williams was the one who took it to another level. If you like this type of comedy, Jim Carrey is good stuff. I don't like this type of comedy, but Jim Carrey's portrayal of Andy Kaufman in "Man On The Moon" was perhaps the best performance I have ever seen!
As a child I liked his dumb roles (The Mask, Dumb and Dumber, Ace Ventura) but later on I grew out of it.
I'm not particularly fond of his humor or mannerism.
But I loved Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and also his performance in Series of Unfortunate Events.
I think he is kind of the inside-out actor who needs fitting roles (much like Johnny Depp) but seemingly isn't landing them.
I don’t mind him as actor I use to love the mask movie as a child.
same
like his movies for sure. eternal sunshine, me, myself, and irene, liar liar are very good movies in my opinion
he's a ham for sure and over the top in most cases. but i like him
I don't like the type of humor his films usually are. It's too over the top. Wouldn't say I hate him, but I'd rather not watch his films. My boyfriend loves him though, so... 🙃
isn't he like extremely weird? Like even outside of his roles?
hard to say id that's genuinely him or if he's still performing off-camera
Fuck yes. I went through a Jim Carrey phase as a little kid lol, I love love love him. What an icon.
I like him as an actor. He is completely different as a person.
Love him but damn why did you have to use that picture
I love his movies, don't care who he is in real life. He seems crazy.
After seeing that first animation who can hate him?
I hated him once. Since the Grinch less, and after his more serious public appearances I am ready to adopt him as my son 🤗
He’s okay, but he appeals to the... American type of humour more than mine.
As an actor he's pretty funny, as a person he's not that great.
He's alright. If you haven't seen "Jim and Andy," have a look. It's pretty incredible.
He’s hilarious and I love him lmao. Bruce Almighty is my favorite movie of his
Yes to "Truman Show" and "Bruce Allmighty", but no to pretty much everything else.
Have always liked him. He's very animated and funny, silly.
Will Ferrel? Uh, no. :)
