It differs. During sales I could buy 10 or more games in just one week. Otherwise maybe one or two a month... at least if you do not count my humble monthly subscription 😅

Well my steam badge says 13 years and I have 621 games in my steam library right now. So that’s like 48 games a year on average through steam. I have games on other platforms and still some games on CDs (20 something on Epic, random DRM free games on Humble, GOG, Greenman, etc.) and a bunch of random duplicate copies of games keys from bundles. I get a lot of games free though and buy tons of them in bundles for dirt cheap and on sales. Maybe it all averages out to one a week, but average price is maybe a couple of dollars or less.
I went them more often than buy, terrible enough I get them free for 7days from the library im playing days gone the motorcycle zombie one but I was playing shadow of the tomb raider and another racing game... Something like onward or something like that it's like a racing arcade game
My parents gave away my video game console when I began University at age 18 but before they did - I would buy games about once every 1-2 years. I had the Super Mario game with the 96 levels and I beat the game around 2-3 times before I gave it away. I tried to re-buy it again at 21 but they were no long selling the 2-D type I like to play.
I quite often buy them for my partner if I know there's one that he's after. But we have the whole lot of PlayStations, right through from ps1-ps4, so I like to buy olders games from online that I used to play when I was little. Cool to play them again😊
Not that often... I’ll find one that I really like and just play that for ages though, like I’ve been playing Apex Legends since it dropped earlier this year, and that was a free download so that was cool...
It’s so good though that I haven’t minded buying some of the cosmetics and season passes. Season 2 is out today! When i can afford to do so without sacrificing bills, food, or weed
In that order
It helps to have a job where i dont need to think about it
If i need something, i buy it
If i want something, i wait until i can afford itI've buy ps2 games from time to time, because I don't have any other consoles of my own.
However my ps2 is also softmodded with a hard drive full of games, so the only reason I buy games is for display purposes. When games on my wishlist are on sale on Steam. 😂 I've bought two games from the summer sale so far.
Not very often. There's not many out there that in6eresr me at the moment
Not very often. I actually don't play games anymore to be perfectly honest. The only game I still open is sims 3 but that's just to take pictures and edit for my tumblr.
Is that actually your collection?
Awesome! Did you play those two Lunar RPGs on the Sega CD? Or Iron Storm, Dragon Force, and Shining Force 3 on the Saturn? Those were some of my favorite old school games that most people haven't played.Anytime a game I think I'll like is released. I just pre-ordered pokemon sword and shield yesterday, and am waiting for fire emblem three houses
Last time was nearly a year ago. I can't run many games on my laptop and i'd rather invest in other things before a computer I can run games on but there are many games that i'd like to play if I could.
Good question well back like 10 years ago I bought like 2 or 3 a time. Today barely one there's very little quality games out today and for the price. 10 years ago it was like 30 brand new today it's 50 that's a lot.
Once every couple of months.
Because of my work schedule, I don't get to play video games as frequently as I used to.Quite often in general. Generally bundles, or sales. I have more than 800 games on steam, a hundred more on other different plateforms, and a dozen on consoles.
And I'm not talking about YARR HAR games.Once a week but Im picky with what games I like lol, just bought a new one two days ago
Occasionally. I'm starting to think I should stop because I can barely get through any of them.
I used to buy a few to play, but I gave it up, messes with my mind too much. I don't buy them.
The last time I purchased a video game was nearly a decade ago and it wasn't even for me.
