So true, but then he smashed the tablets on the way down when he saw all those silly people worshipping a golden cow, so he had to get replacements. This makes me wonder: since he destroyed them on purpose, they wouldn't have been covered under the warranty agreement, so did Moses get a replacement for free (as is implied) or did he have to pay for another set?
