I wouldn't say I “support” either of them. That marriage was just toxic, and there is plenty of evidence from Johnny Depp’s own mouth, that often the verbal abuse from his mother was worse than any physical abuse! And he most definitely verbally abused her… That being said, I 100% believe that Amber Turd physically, verbally & emotionally abused Johnny! That one tape alone, where AH says “What are you going to do Johnny? Are you going to come out and say that I, Johnny Depp, I’m being domestically abused by my wife!” After he said “but I am” she went off on what can only be described as a typical abusers tirade, “ Oh bullshit Johnny I barely touched you… OK I slapped you, but it wasn’t a punch… OMG you’re such a fucking pussy Johnny I fucking swear to god you’re such a fucking pussy! Well go on! You just go on and try that and see who fucking believes you… Nobody’s gonna fucking believe you! You think you can prove that shit to a jury or to a judge lol oh, I’d love to see you try that!” THAT alone is prima facie evidence that SHE abused Johnny. Also, that TRO (temporary restraining order) was absolute bullshit! She obtained that TRO strictly to leverage more money out of a divorce settlement so her! She could have scheduled it on the regular calendar for a restraining order. Yet with her soon to be ex thousands of miles away in New York visiting his mom and then going to Europe for a few months with his band, THEN she filed for a TRO? She KNEW she was not in any danger from him! She only did it to make him look bad! There is so much evidence in this case of her showing consciousness of guilt it’s ridiculous. I am ABSOLUTELY rooting for Johnny to win this case… I just don’t think he will win! Defamation is the most difficult thing to prove in court! 1) Depp has to prove what she wrote was false, and he also has to prove that 2) she knew it was false but wrote it anyway and the third ingredient is 3) that she had malice when she wrote it! Quite literally Johnny Has to prove what was in her heart at the time she wrote it. And that is something that without a confession is next to impossible. So while I think he is absolutely right, well I think that he is innocent of any claims of physical violent abuse, I do think that he was physically abusive to her (not that she didn’t deserve it… JK) and I just dont believe that he will be able to prove that she deliberately lied maliciously in order to hurt him, because the fourth ingredient to defamation is 4) did the plaintiff suffer a financial loss as a result of the defamation! And he most definitely lost out on Pirates 6, and although he got paid for Fantastic Beasts, he lost out on the back-end of Fantastic Beasts, not to mention that this will be a franchise film (there are already two) and he lost out future income potential.

The simple fact the Johnny is sueing her for defamation let's me know he's innocent.

I'm not going to legally sue someone unless I know I'm right. It says a lot that Amber COUNTER sure for double the amount, it's almost like she's throwing a tantrum by trying to sue for more.

And her testimony was twilight level acting. Then she added so many details that JUST came up? This case has been ongoing for years and now we learn new stuff Amber conveniently threw in while fake crying? Yea no. Johnny's story has never ever chn8.

Depp has a lot of support behind him ever since this mess started. When you have ex partners that can't agree with Heard statements than that speaks volumes of the type of person Depp was a man. Depp lost a lot based on an accusation and Heard gained. If Heard loses this cases which I hope she does it will put women who are actual victims back so far because there is no crime on false accusations if you fit a certain victimized criteria and it will only make people question actual victims even harder and stricter

I'm sure they both have their faults, but I think we have more than enough proof that she has crossed the line. She seems manipulative, violent and harmful to the people around her. She cut off his finger, shit in his bed, admitted to physical abuse and is spreading nothing but lies. Johnny I feel is more truthful in the matter, while she has been known as being sort edgy. I feel if Johnny did anything he was not mentally fit from abuse. Believing someone based on sex is a ridiculous idea. You believe on evidence, but if allegations are presented you should investigate the matter, not necisarilly condemn automatically the accused, from the evidence brought forth it seems she is/has been lying, not only discrediting actual victims, but ruining a innocent mans career, and embarrassing him and his family on a global scale.

I support Johnny Depp more. Amber Heard has been on record of using the me-to/feminist/guys are always guilty card. But I think both of them are toxic for each other. Both of them need to change their ways. Johnny isn't innocent either. I hope both of them get the help they need and live happier lives. I don't want their careers to be ruined but I understand if Amber Heard loses she may be shunned by Hollywood. What I worry about her is how she will handle that. I hope she doesn't do something stupid to herself. This is has nothing to do with being a woman. It goes both ways.
