Why were things in the 50's and 60's not censored like they are today?
That film is a James Bond spoof, so obviously they had to take it over the top.
I remember that film because it had an extreme risqué intro sequence with dancer Cyd Charisse ripping her dress open. Some film prints are here longer than others... ;-)

They were it's when everything started getting uncensored that's why we're at where we're at right now I'll never forget we got a TV and I forget the question that I asked my dad but he told me that there wouldn't be cuss words because we had sensors and look at it today look where we are today he told me the TV was going to change the world and that it did
