There's also The Monster Mash, Beware Of The Blob, The Lurch, and the local classic that we used to hear every Saturday night at the end of Chiller Theatre, performed by the host, who died the day before my mother. They were friends.

Every Halloween night after trick or treating is done, my neighbor dresses up like Elvis Presley and plays Halloween records (and other stuff) for the kids to march around in and dance to while the judges pick out the three best costumes in each age range and give out prizes for the best ones and he'll always play, Thriller, Ghostbusters, The Addams Family Theme, The Monster Mash and a few others. Apparently, this Halloween will be his last gig there. He just turned 77 last week, has been doing record gigs for 44 years and doesn't want to do it anymore, shortly after the first of the year.
